  1. If supplied with the .EXE self extracting version:
  2.   Enter "MH111190" to unarchive the MH111190.EXE files to disk.
  3.  
  4. Example:
  5.          C:
  6.          MD \MAXIHOST
  7.          CD \MAXIHOST
  8.          A:MH111190
  9.  
  10. The self extracting file CANNOT unarchive to the disk it came on as there is
  11.   no room and you will get a 'Write Error'!
  12.  
  13. If you have trouble with MAXIHOST, try removing any memory resident software
  14. you may have loaded.  MAXIHOST is known to have trouble with DOS editors.
  15.  
  16. MAXIHOST REQUIRES character and line pacing on ASCII uploads and auto-logons.
  17. This is accomplished using Procomm by typing ALT S, 6, and changing the
  18. following:
  19.                 Pace Character = 62
  20.                 Character Pacing = 50
  21.                 Line Pacing = 5
  22.  
  23. Other terminal software must be configured likewise.

  26. REGISTERED USERS:  Make sure you call the MAXIHOST support BBS occasionally
  27. to keep abreast of new versions and updates.  The number is currently

  30. When you send in your registration form found at the end of MAXIHOST.DOC,
  31. make sure you indicate your user name, or business name if commercial. This
  32. will enable me to provide you with a registration number for your BBS.  You
  33. would enter this information in your .CNF file as follows:
  34.                   REGISTRATION=MaxiHost Support BBS;32541
  35. where 32541 is the registration number provided by me that matches your
  36. registration name of 'MaxiHost Support BBS'.
